Gide has advised Eiffage Energie Systèmes on concluding a purchase agreement with SNEF SA for the acquisition of a majority stake in SNEF Télécom.
Eiffage Energie Systèmes designs, builds, operates and maintains electrical, industrial, HVAC and energy systems and equipment.
SNEF Telecom is a company part of the SNEF Group. It operates a business of designing, deployment of infrastructure, commissioning, activation and maintenance of active equipment on public, fixed and mobile telecommunications networks.
Gide's team was headed by partners Olivier Diaz and Anne Tolila, working with counsel Paul Guillemin and associate Henri Stiegler on corporate/M&A aspects; partner Magali Buchert on tax aspects; partner Laurent Godfroid and associate Marc-Antoine de Chillaz on competition law aspects.
