Gide advised Atari on the entry into of an agreement with Irata LLC, a company controlled by Wade Rosen, Atari's Chairman and CEO, in view of the filing by Irata of a cash tender offer on Atari’s shares for EUR 0.19 per share.
The price of the Offer values 100% of the securities of the company at EUR 72.7M and will represent a premium of 45.6% over the closing share price on 22 September 2022.
