Gide has advised Angelo Gordon & EQ Group on the sale to HPC (Human Performance Capital) of the Courtyard by Marriott Roissy CDG hotel.
This 240-room 4-star hotel was acquired in 2019 as part of a portfolio of 5 Parisian assets.
Partners Nadège Nguyen and Hugues Moreau advised the sellers on this transaction, with a multidisciplinary team comprising :
- associate Camille Burg on the corporate aspects of the project,
- associate Sibylle Chomel de Varagnes on the hospitality and real estate aspects.
Taj was in charge of the tax aspects of the project on the seller side.
The purchaser was advised by Valmy Avocats (Julien Vandromme, partner, Livia Rabuel, counsel, and Clara Accary) on the corporate and real estate aspects, and by Arsene Taxand on the tax aspects.
