Gide has advised investment vehicles managed by Amundi Immobilier in the context of its partnership with Crédit Agricole Assurances on the off-plan acquisition of the "Académie" property complex, offering 33,000 sq.m. of offices and 20 accommodation units located in Montrouge, a southern Paris suburb.
Upon delivery of the programme, expected in June 2021, Caceis SA will be the sole tenant of the Académie office spaces, and will also have access to 2,800 sq.m. outdoors (patios and terraces), restaurants offering new catering concepts, an auditorium and collaborative workspaces.
The funds managed by Amundi Immobilier were advised by partner Hugues Moreau and associate Sophie Gillard, both members of Gide's Real Estate & Transactions practice group.
Crédit Agricole Assurances was advised by White & Case. The buyers were assisted by DS Avocats and notary's office Oudot & Associés on real estate aspects.
