Gide has advised Allianz Real Estate on the acquisition of the City 1 and City 3 towers in the CityLights complex from BNP Paribas Cardif. Located in Boulogne-Billancourt in greater Paris, the towers cover 48,500 sq.m. and are valued at 500 million euros.
The Gide team advising group Allianz on the real estate aspects of this off market operation was led by partner Christopher Szostak, working with associates Louis-Henri Lentz and Valentin Mercier.
