Gide is pleased to announce the appointment of five new partners.
By promoting these highly talented lawyers, Gide is consolidating its leadership position and stepping up its development. Recognised and respected for their expertise in their respective fields, all five new partners are committed to promoting and defending the interests of their clients.
Gide now has 121 partners in 11 offices around the world.

Chloé Joachim de Larivière
Partner – Gide Casablanca
Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, Chloé Joachim de Larivière has been made partner in Gide’s Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate/Commercial Law practice group in Casablanca. She advises on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, investments and restructurings (listed and unlisted companies), as well as on corporate law issues more broadly.
She has also developed particular expertise in regulated M&A deals (stock markets, banking and insurance) in Morocco and throughout North Africa.
Chloé holds a Master’s degree in corporate law and a postgraduate degree in corporate and tax law (Magistère/DJCE), both from the University of Paris II-Assas. She speaks French and English.
Loris Marghieri
Partner – Gide Casablanca
Real Estate Transactions & Financing
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Loris Marghieri has been made partner in the Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group. He also heads the real-estate practice of Gide’s Casablanca office, where he has been based since 2015.
Specialising in real-estate law, Loris advises Moroccan and international clients on all aspects of their real-estate transactions in Morocco and elsewhere in Africa. He mainly advises on asset acquisitions and disposals, construction operations and leases. Loris also regularly assists owners and operators in the tourism and hotel sectors, particularly in negotiating their management contracts.
Loris holds a Master’s degree in international business law from the University of Paris V René Descartes and a triple Master’s degree from the École Supérieure de Commerce Audencia (France), the University of Deusto (Spain) and the University of Bradford (UK).

Jean-Sébastien Bazille

Dispute Resolution
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Jean-Sébastien Bazille has been made partner in the Dispute Resolution practice group. He advises on all areas of civil and commercial litigation (contractual disputes, M&A disputes, tort liability, debt recovery, enforcement proceedings, etc.). He also specialises in international law, advising companies as well as states and parastatals on their disputes, in pre-trial and trial stages alike, before the various French and international courts.
Jean-Sébastien holds a postgraduate degree in corporate law (DJCE). He is a member of the International Law Association (ILA), the French Society for International Law (SFDI), the Comité français de droit international (CFDI), the Association des avocats praticiens des procédures civiles d'exécution (AAPPE) and Paris Place de Droit.
Paul Jourdan-Nayrac

Mergers & Acquisitions/Corporate
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010, Paul Jourdan-Nayrac has been made partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. He specialises in private equity (venture capital, growth capital and LBOs) and M&A, mainly in the technology sectors, and regularly works on complex and/or international transactions. He advises investors as well as growth companies and their founders on all their funding rounds (from seed capital to growth equity), restructurings, acquisitions and exits.
He holds a dual Master’s degree in English and French law (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne/King’s College London) and a Master’s degree in business law (University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas).
Marie Pastier-Mollet
Partner – Gide Paris
Real Estate Transactions & Financing
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013, Marie Pastier-Mollet has been made partner in the Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group.
Marie advises French and international institutional clients at all stages of their real-estate transactions in France and on all types of assets (offices, retail properties, hotels, industrial or logistics facilities, healthcare or educational establishments, etc.). She specialises in the structuring of transactions, acquisitions and arbitration, construction or redevelopment projects, lease management and financing for property assets or portfolios. She provides both advisory and litigation services.
Marie holds a Master’s degree in real-estate and construction law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and another in environmental law from the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin (UVSQ Paris Saclay).
