Gide set up and dedicated a multidisciplinary team to assist American jeweller Tiffany & Co. on all the legal aspects surrounding the opening of its new Flagship Store on the Champs-Elysées in Paris.
Covering some 930 sq. m., this store heralds a new chapter in the story that links Tiffany & Co. to France, which began in 1868 with the opening of its first sales outlet in Paris.
This project, launched nearly two years ago, required a wide variety of legal skills (tenancy law, urban planning law, project management contracts, corporate law, employment law, tax law, intellectual property law, etc.) which highlights once again Gide’s ability to support a large-scale retail project on the Champs-Elysées.
Partner Hugues Moreau coordinated this project, and was assisted by Constantin Miliotis and Clémence d’Harcourt, all members of Gide’s Real Estate Transactions and Financing practice group.
