Gide has advised the Caisse de Refinancement de l'Habitat (CRH) in connection with the establishment of a Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) Programme of EUR 25 billion.
The Programme will strengthen the CRH financial flexibility allowing it to seize opportunities on the bond market more rapidly through issuances of notes, which benefit from a legal privilege.
