Gide has advised the banking syndicate composed of BNP Paribas and Van Lanschot Kempen on the capital increase by Argan for a total gross amount of €150 million. Argan’s ordinary shares are listed for trading on Euronext Paris.
Argan is a real estate company specializing in the development and rental of premium warehouses and is the market leader in its sector.
The Gide team was composed of partner Guilhem Richard, counsel Mariléna Gryparis and associate Shanna Kim, as well as partner Melinda Stege Arsouze and of counsel Scott Logan on US law aspects.
