Gide advised Meridiam on the increase of its stake in LISEA, the concession holder of the South European Atlantic High Speed Line connecting Tours & Bordeaux (SEA HSL), which carries more than 20 million passengers per year.
A share purchase agreement covering 26.24% of LISEA's capital was signed on 9 October 2024, between Axa Infrastructure Investissement, Fininfra and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations as sellers and Meridiam and Vinci Concessions, already shareholders in LISEA, as purchasers.
The completion of the transaction remains subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent. Following the completion, Vinci Concessions would hold 42.045% of LISEA's capital, Meridiam 41.945%, with Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations holding the rest of the capital.
