Delphine assists French and international clients in both advisory and litigation matters, before competition authorities (mergers, cartels, abuses of a dominant position, state aids) and commercial courts (contractual litigation, unfair competition, damage claims).
Delphine has been named in the "Ones to watch" category of the Best Lawyers ranking in Competition & Antitrust Law (2024 edition).
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2020), Delphine is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School (Master’s degree via the “Grande Ecole” Program), Paris 2 Assas University (Master’s degree in European Business Law), and Lyon III University (Master’s degree in Advanced Business Law).
Before joining Gide, she was an associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and at Bredin Prat in Paris.
