Gide Warsaw advised Inovo VC, a leading venture capital fund operating in Poland and the CEE region, on its PLN 14 million investment in LiveKid, a Polish start-up developing a platform for managing kindergartens and nurseries, and communicating with parents.
The Gide team – Partner Paweł Grześkowiak, Wojciech Czyżewski and Magdalena Zawiślak – advised the client throughout the investment process, starting with a due diligence, through the development of transaction documentation and negotiations, and ending with assistance in closing the transaction.
This was Inovo’s largest single capital transaction to date. LiveKid intends to use the investment to fund further international expansion on the European market and in Latin America.
