Numericable Group and OMEA Telecom announced on 16 May 2014 that they had entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to the full transfer of the shares of OMEA Telecom Ltd to Numericable Group, for an enterprise value of 325 million euros.
During the exclusivity period the parties will carry out the necessary consultations with employee work councils, with the transaction also being subject to the approval of the French Competition Authority.
