Gide has advised Eiffel Investment Group and AMS Capital in their investment in the capital of Verso Energy, a French player in the energy transition and hydrogen producer.
Verso Energy has just completed a €50 million fundraising to accelerate the deployment of its projects in renewable electricity production and green hydrogen production.
This operation, notably subscribed by Eiffel Investment Group (via Eiffel Gaz Vert, an innovative fund dedicated to renewable gas solutions), AMS Capital (a venture capital company, a subsidiary of AMS INDUSTRIES managed by Jean-Paul Bize), Crescendix (Xavier Caïtucoli's investment company) and Antoine Huard, validates the unique and integrated positioning of the group, which has the ambition of becoming the reference player in this new phase of the energy transition. Eiffel Gaz Vert S.L.P. is a specialised professional fund aimed exclusively at professional clients.
The Gide team included partner Alexis Pailleret, associate Chloé Bouhours, on the M&A/corporate aspects, partner Paul de France, on the tax law aspects and partner Emmanuel Reille, on the competition law aspects.
