Gide advised Bpifrance and Crédit Agricole, historical shareholders of the Technique Solaire, on their €200 million investment in the Technique Solaire.
Technique Solaire is an independent producer of renewable energy. This new round of financing is designed to support the Technique Solaire group in its ambition to become a world-class energy company. It will enable it to accelerate the growth of its energy production business, step up its innovation strategy and strengthen its international presence.
Gide was already advising Bpifrance and Credit Agricole on 2020 on the previous fundraising.
The Gide team comprised partner Alexis Pailleret, associates Chloé Bouhours, Marie-Sophie Chevreteau and Saad-Victor Houpert on the M&A aspects, and partner Paul de France and Gauthier Plattelet on the tax aspects.
