Gide has advised Antin Infrastructure Partners on its initial public offering on the regulated market of Euronext Paris for a total offering amount of €632.5 million. The offering which included a retail offering in France and an international private placement, consisted of a €550 million base deal composed of a capital increase of around €350 million and the sale of around €200 million shares by Antin's founding partners. The offer price was set at the high end of the price range (i.e. €24 per share). The size of the offering was increased to €632.5 million after full exercise of the over-allotment option.
The offering was a success among major French and international institutional investors and was the largest IPO to take place on Euronext Paris in 2021.
