Gide advised Atari, a French company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, an interactive entertainment company and an iconic gaming industry brand, on its acquisition of Night Dive Studios Inc., a full service game development and publishing company based in Vancouver, Washington, USA.
Gide also advised Atari on the issuance of 30 million euros of senior unsecured bonds convertible into new ordinary shares due July 2026. The issue was made through a public offering in France and with a priority subscription period for existing shareholders.
