Nexans has issued EUR 250 million 4.25 per cent. notes due 2018. Settlement and admission to trading of the notes on the regulated market of NYSE Euronext in Paris took place on 19 December 2012.
Joint Lead Managers (BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and Société Générale) were advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel with a team comprising partner Hubert du Vignaux, and Dajana Turujlija and Romain Querenet de Breville, associates.
