18 July 2013 - Allen & Overy and Gide Loyrette Nouel on the partial buyback of a series of perpetual subordinated notes and the simultaneous issuance of perpetual subordinated notes by CNP Assurances
Allen & Overy Paris assisted the banks (BNP Paribas, Barclays, Citigroup, HSBC, Natixis and Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking) and Gide Loyrette Nouel assisted the company on two simultaneous transactions by CNP Assurances: a partial buyback of a EUR 1.25 billion issue of perpetual subordinated notes in 2006 admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxemburg stock exchange, alongside a USD 500 million issue of perpetual subordinated notes, admitted to trading on the Euronext Paris market and mainly placed with Asian and European investors.
