France | 2nd edition of the Award for women of economic influence
Gide Partner Carole Malinvaud, who specialises in international arbitration, has been named as a "Femme d'influence économique" (Woman of economic influence) in the second edition of the Prix de la femme d'influence (French award for women of economic influence), alongside 46 other high-flyers.
Carole Malinvaud has practised international arbitration since 1990, as counsel or arbitrator in a number of ad hoc and institutional arbitration cases.
She has recently been involved in two ICC major arbitration cases pertaining to commercial interests in Africa and to the banking sector in Europe and the Middle East. She has also worked on an ICSID case on investments in Latin America. She is currently acting as arbitrator in two key ICC procedures on interests in Latin America and the United States.
Carole is also chair of the Gide Pro Bono Commission.
