Damian Biernacki specialises in advising on cybersecurity, personal data protection, privacy protection and new technologies. He also supports clients in the course of litigation, including litigation concerning infrastructure projects.
He has experience in implementing data protection regulations at personal data controllers, conducting cybersecurity audits and advising in proceedings before the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. He has also participated in projects concerning the protection of intellectual and industrial property.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw
