Capucine Baconnet has been a lawyer in Gide's Real Estate Transactions and Finance practice since 2023.
Capucine advises a wide range of French and international operators on real estate and corporate law matters, including acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets and/or groups of companies, M&A transactions and restructuring, leasing and property development.
Capucine is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris (Bachelor and Double Degree in Law and Finance, 2021) and the Sorbonne (Bachelor Modern Languages, 2018). She completed a one-year academic exchange at Trinity College Law School in Dublin (2017), during which she also worked as a legal interpreter for Irish courts and law firms.
She joined Gide in 2023 after several internships in real estate transactions at leading law firms and in company legal departments.
She speaks French and English.
