Upon joining the firm, you will follow an induction programme to help you familiarise yourself with your new work environment. Furthermore, a mentor is assigned upon your arrival to help you better understand our values and culture.
You will subsequently be able to update and improve your knowledge and skills thanks to our internal training centre, Gide Académie.
We encourage initiative on a day-to-day basis and recognise skills development through annual appraisals that allow us to monitor your skills acquisition and highlight progress areas.
In particular, we are working together with our secretaries on a specific project regarding the development of their role within the firm.
