Vincent will join the panel for a session looking to answer the questions: ‘Can Dispositive Motions Work in Arbitration? Why don’t arbitrators take more decisions rather than asking parties to liaise/figure it out? How to make arbitrators more hands-on?
Vincent will be joined by Panel Chair Lawrence S. Schaner (independent arbitrator) and fellow speakers: Irina Nazarova (Managing Partner of Ukrainian law firm Engarde), Annet Van Hooft (independent arbitrator), and Robert W. Wachter (co-head of the International Arbitration Team at South Korean law firm Lee & Ko).
