On 4 April 2019, Gide New York tax partner Vanessa Tollis will serve as panellist with CBIZ Managing Director Don Reiser and Kilpatrick Townsend partner Lynn Fowler in a Strafford Publications CLE Webinar on patent asset transfers.
The webinar will provide a high-level overview of tax ownership issues and the tax implications of different types of transfers, including select issues under new US tax reforms such as GILTI and FDII.
