"Decision on the Extension of the Suspension Period to Prevent Loss of Right in the Jurisdiction" No. 2480 dated 29 April 2020 was published in the Official Gazette No. 31114 on 30 April 2020 and entered into force with its publication. The Decision extends the suspension of legal and administrative periods that had been regulated with "The Law on the Amendment of Some Acts" No. 7226 dated 25 March 2020, determining a suspension period between 13 March 2020 and 30 April 2020 to avoid the probable loss of rights due to Covid-19.
Pursuant to the Decision, the suspension of legal and administrative periods is extended until 15 June 2020, as anticipated pursuant the statement of the President of the Republic of Turkey on 27 April 2020.
