Esra Dündar Loiseau is a partner of Gide's correspondent firm in Turkey, Özdirekcan Dündar Şenocak.
Esra provides assistance on all IP/IT-related issues that may arise in the daily activity of companies, in information technology law including Internet law, software and data protection. She also pleads before the civil and criminal IP specialized courts, and regularly acts on seizures of counterfeit products throughout Turkey, on behalf of major multinational companies in diverse sectors including luxury goods, perfumes and cosmetics, textile, automotive spare parts, toys, jewellery, and technology.
Admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 1996, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Marmara University (Istanbul) in 1994 and holds Master's degree in international economic law from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University (France). She is a trademark Attorney since 2007 and President of the Organizing Committee of the AIPPI 2023 Istanbul Congress.
Esra is Foreign Trade Advisor of France since 2018.
Esra is a member of AIPPI, INTA, APRAM and MARQUES and is also among the recommended
experts of UNIFAB as the exclusive representative for Turkey.
