Bertrand Jouanneau est associé au sein de la ligne de métiers Droit Fiscal de Gide. Il a rejoint Gide en 2003 et a exercé un an au bureau de New York. Il est spécialisé en fiscalité française et internationale. Ses principaux domaines d’intervention sont la structuration d’investissements immobiliers, la fiscalité immobilière, les fonds d’investissement immobiliers, les fusions-acquisitions et les restructurations de groupes. Il conseille également les entreprises lors de contrôles et contentieux fiscaux.

Bertrand est diplômé de l’Université de Cambridge (LL.M. en droit des affaires et fiscalité), ainsi que de l’Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (DESS, Magistère, DJCE).

Bertrand intervient dans de nombreux colloques et séminaires fiscaux dédiés à la fiscalité immobilière.
