Bertrand Oldra est associé, membre de la ligne de métiers Immobilier du bureau de Paris depuis 2007, où il intervient sur des dossiers à dominante immobilière, soit des acquisitions, opérations de promotion immobilière, restructurations immobilières. Il participe activement à l'évolution des pratiques immobilières (co-working, co-living, smartgrids, etc) et a une expertise reconnue en résolution de conflits impliquant des actifs immobiliers, tant devant les tribunaux que par la voie de la médiation. Il intervient très régulièrement pour des clients internationaux, tant en France qu'à l'étranger.
Ses principales activités récentes sont l'acquisition et la cession de plusieurs immeubles (acquisition directe ou acquisition de parts de sociétés) en vue de leur restauration, location, ou cession, l'acquisition de sociétés de promotion immobilière, le suivi des opérations de construction d'immeubles de bureaux et centres commerciaux, le développement de plusieurs hôtels dont un palace à Paris, les stratégies de sortie de crise et le contentieux immobilier général.
