Carole Malinvaud est associée du cabinet Gide Paris où elle co-dirige l'activité d'arbitrage international du cabinet et préside le fonds de dotation Gide Pro Bono. Carole est membre des barreaux de Paris et de New York et est intervenue en tant que conseil ou arbitre dans plus de quatre-vingts procédures d'arbitrage international, ad hoc et institutionnel, ainsi que devant les juridictions nationales françaises dans le cadre de litiges et d'arbitrages internationaux.
Spécialisée en droit commercial international, et plus particulièrement en arbitrage international, Carole s'est récemment concentrée sur les arbitrages relatifs à la construction, l'énergie et la défense, sous les règles de la CCI et du CIRDI. Elle agit également en tant qu'arbitre dans plusieurs arbitrages de la CCI et du CIRDI.
Carole intervient régulièrement dans des conférences et est chargée de cours à l'Université Paris II dans le cadre du Master 2 de droit des affaires internationales et à Sciences Po Paris dans le cadre du LLM en arbitrage transnational. Elle est actuellement vice présidente de la Cour d'arbitrage de la CCI. Elle est membre élu du conseil d'administration de l'ICCA, ainsi que du Conseil international de l'arbitrage en matière de sport (CIAS), et préside la chambre ordinaire du Tribunal arbitral du sport (TAS).
