Lawyers from Gide Warsaw supported KI Chemistry in the process of obtaining financing for the acquisition of shares in Ciech S.A. through a voluntary tender offer for the sale of up to approximately 48.66% of the shares in Ciech S.A.
Gide’s lawyers advised the client during the entire process of obtaining financing for the acquisition of shares, including a loan agreement concluded with a bank operating in Poland.
The team was led by Dariusz Tokarczuk (Partner, Head of M&A practice) and Marta Karmińska (Of Counsel, member of the Banking and Finance team). It also included Dr Dawid Van Kędzierski (Counsel, member of the M&A and Capital Markets team) and Paweł Wasiel (Associate, member of the Banking and Finance team).
