Gide Warsaw has advised Goodspeed, a portfolio company of Enterprise Investors and a leader among diet catering providers in Poland, on the acquisition of Caterings, a provider of IT software for the catering industry.
Gide's team – Paweł Grześkowiak (advocate, partner), Wojciech Czyżewski (advocate, senior associate) and Magdalena Zawiślak (trainee attorney-at-law, associate) – conducted a due diligence investigation, prepared the transaction documentation and supported the client during negotiations.
This is yet another recent transaction completed by Goodspeed with legal advice from Gide Warsaw. In May of this year, the law firm assisted the client in the process of securing an investor – Polish Enterprise Fund VIII, a private equity fund managed by Enterprise Investors.
The acquisition of Caterings marks an important step in the implementation of the strategy announced by Goodspeed and Enterprise Investors to dynamically grow and implement new and innovative solutions in the area of diet catering deliveries.
