On Wednesday, 29 September, Gide Counsel Saadia Bhatty will speak at an event organised by Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association (HIALSA) and Three Crowns. 

The webinar will take the form of a workshop with the topic of Considering Enforcement First: Arbitrating Against Impecunious Parties.

Joining Saadia on the panel will be: Babatunde Fagbohunlu SAN, Senior Partner, Aluko & Oyebode; Michael S. Kim, Co-Founder & Partner, Kobre & Kim LLP; and Baiju Vasani, Partner, Ivanyan & Partners. Moderating the panel discussion will be Laurie Achtouk-Spivak, Counsel at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
