Associé, avocat au Barreau de Paris depuis 2005, Wacef Bentaibi intervient au sein de la ligne de métiers Projets (Finance & Infrastructures). Il est spécialisé en financement de projets et en droit public et concentre son activité sur les secteurs de l'énergie, des infrastructures et des transports (ports, aéroports, dessalement et irrigation). Il assiste les gouvernements, autorités publiques sponsors ou prêteurs dans le cadre de leurs différents projets.
Wacef a également développé une expérience reconnue en matière d'investissements étrangers dans les secteurs industriels et immobiliers et notamment en matière de structuration et négociation d'accords industriels complexes ou de contrats relatifs à la réalisation d'ouvrages publics ou privés au Maroc (zones industrielles, hôpitaux, universités, centres commerciaux, hôtels.).
Il intervient également dans les secteur minier, pétrolier et gazier et assiste régulièrement des opérateurs internationaux et des entités publiques au Maroc et dans la région MENA.
