Magali Buchert dispose d'une expérience reconnue en matière de fiscalité transactionnelle (opérations de fusions et d'acquisitions publiques et privées, restructurations complexes, private equity). Elle conseille également les entreprises lors des contrôles et contentieux fiscaux, ainsi qu'en matière d'intéressement de leurs dirigeants. Magali a également acquis une expertise spécifique en matière de fiscalité des organismes à but non lucratif.

Magali est membre de l'IFA (International Fiscal Association) et de l'IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).

Inscrite au barreau de Paris depuis 2005, elle est diplômée de l'ESSEC (2003), de l'Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (D.E.S.S. de droit des affaires et fiscalité, 2004) et de UCLA (LL.M., 2014).
