Anna Ratajczyk-Sałamacha, attorney-at-law, a member of the mergers & acquisitions and corporate law teams at Gide Warsaw.
She specialises in corporate law and advises both Polish and international companies on various aspects of their business activity, from establishing and registering companies, through joint venture projects and complex capital operations, to restructurings and other corporate finance modifications. Her expertise also includes commercial law and labour law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk. She also completed Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Law at the University of Warsaw. She co-authored flagship publications published under the auspices of the World Bank as part of the Doing Business - Starting a Business - Poland 2016-2020.
She speaks Polish and English.
