Vanessa Tollis, partner at Gide New York, will be a key speaker for an online webinar, scheduled for Tuesday, October 10, 1:00pm-2:30pm EDT, sponsored by Strafford (continuing legal education provider in the US). 

Her panel will provide U.S. tax guidance to counsel involved in patent asset transfers on tax ownership issues and the tax implications of different types of transfers. The panel will address how to ensure the patent is transferred on a tax advantaged basis, reviewing key issues including tax ownership and tax advantaged transfer strategies.  After the presentations, Vanessa and the panel will engage in a live question and answer session with participants to answer audience questions about these important issues directly.
