Gide has advised Yareal on the sale of Buildings A and B in the LIXA office project.
The "forward sale" transaction was concluded with Commerz Real AG acting on behalf of South-Korean investor Hana Financial Investment. The transaction will be finalised once Yareal completes Buildings A and B.
Commercial advice to Yareal was provided by a team from CBRE led by Przemysław Łachmaniuk and Sean Doyle.
The LIXA office project is being developed in Warsaw's Wola District, in the area of Karolkowa and Kasprzaka streets. Buildings A and B, constituting the first stage of the project and being the subject of the transaction, will cover ca. 28,000 sq. m. of office area. Building A (ca. 22,000 sq.m. of office area) was leased to BNP Paribas Bank Polska in October 2016, for the purpose of its headquarters in Poland. Gide assisted Yareal in the negotiation of the lease contract as well.
Gide's team working on the transaction included counsel Błażej Czwarnok (advocate), associates Rafał Osetek (legal advisor), Aleksandra Kobylińska (advocate trainee) and Mateusz Rojek (advocate trainee).
