Upon joining the firm, you will follow an induction programme to help you familiarise yourself with your new work environment. Training programmes are available to enable you to further develop and hone your skills throughout your time at Gide. Furthermore, a mentor is assigned upon your arrival in the firm to help you better understand our values and culture.
You will subsequently be able to update and improve your knowledge and skills thanks to our internal training centre: Gide Academy.
We encourage initiative on a day-to-day basis and recognise skills development through annual appraisals that allow us to monitor your skills acquisition and highlight progress areas.
In particular, we are working together with our secretaries on a specific project regarding the development of their role within the firm.
