Gide has advised Odaseva Technologies, the leading enterprise data security platform for Salesforce, on its $54 million Series C financing round.
Silver Lake Waterman led the fundraising, with participation from existing investors F-Prime, Eight Roads and Serena Capital, as well as new investors Eurazeo and Crescent Cove.
The Gide team comprised partner David-James Sebag and counsel Julien Negroni.
