Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Justine Demoulins is a lawyer in Competition, Distribution and Dispute Resolution practice. Previously an antitrust lawyer in the law firm Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier (2017-2020), she joined the Paris office of Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2020.
She specialises in French and European competition law (cartels, abuse of dominant position and merger control) and represents French and foreign companies, in both a litigation and advisory capacity before the Competition Authority, the European Commission and appeal courts.
Justine acts also assist our clients in private enforcement before the French Courts.
She is experienced in providing advice and assisting in litigation, on economic law issues as part of commercial relations between economic operators (structuring of distribution networks, writing and negotiation of commercial contracts, restrictive practices, unfair practices, etc.), as well as with their consumer customers (unfair terms, misleading trading practices).
She is a member of the "Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence" (APDC) - (French Association of Lawyers Practising Competition Law).
