Member of the Paris Bar, Alexandre Durand specialises in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. He mainly advises listed and unlisted companies, family groups and private equity funds on their strategic and cross-border projects.
Before joining Gide, Alexandre Durand worked at Allen & Overy as an associate (2013 - 2015) and then joined Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in 2015 as an associate before becoming Counsel in 2022.
He is a graduate of Edhec Business School - Msc Legal & tax (2011) and holds a Master 2 in business law and taxation from Université Paris Dauphine (2012).
