Emilia Grenier is a member of the Paris Bar and an associate within the Intellectual Property, Telecommunications, Media & Technology practice group. She advises and assists French and international clients on issues of industrial property (patents, trademarks, designs), copyright, unfair competition and free-riding.
Before joining Gide Loyrette Nouel in 2023, Emilia gained experience in intellectual property law with leading French and international law firms and in the legal department of an international company.
Emilia holds a Master 2 in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2020) and a Master in English Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas in partnership with University College London (2019). She speaks French, Italian and English.
