He is mainly involved in M&A and private equity transactions, for both French and international clients (industrial companies and investment funds).
Clément graduated from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master 2 Global Business Law and Master 2 in Corporate and Tax Law). He also holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from Oxford University (St Catherine's College).
He speaks French and English.
