Consultant and member of the Paris Bar since 2021, Diane Kotedje advises on structured finance matters. She advises French and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on complex real estate, acquisition and project finance transactions in France and abroad.
Diane graduated from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne with a Master's degree in international economic law and a Master's degree in international business law. Before joining Gide in 2023, Diane worked in the legal department of Agence Française de Développement and TotalEnergies.
Diane also holds a Master's degree in African legal studies and a university degree in international economic law in Africa, giving her a sound knowledge of African legal systems. She has worked with Parisian law firms specialising in energy and natural resources on the African continent.
