Yesterday evening, a conference was held in our offices on the theme "Reform of class actions : evolution or revolution?"
Philippe Dupichot, Director of the Scientific Council, and Dimitri Dimitrov, partner, had the pleasure to receive Laurence Vichnievsky and Philippe Gosselin, Members of the French Parliament and Rapporteurs of the bill, Marc Canaple, Deputy General Director of Services, Information and Business Representation, Head of the National Business Representation Unit - CCI Paris Ile de France, and Françoise Arnaud-Faraut, General Secretary of the Business Law and Taxation Commission - CCI Paris Ile de France.
On this occasion, our speakers reflected on the ambitions of the reform the stakes are fundamental for companies as a greater number of class actions is to be anticipated in the coming years. The firm remains mobilized on this reform and plans to organize other conferences as soon as the final text is voted.
