Gide's antitrust team, alongside its colleagues from Bredin Prat, Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Freshfields' antitrust and litigation teams, was recognized in the "Litigation of the year (Cartel defence)" category, for its successful defence in a follow-on damage claim initiated in France against several truck manufacturers in relation to the European Commission's "Trucks" cartel decision. Our team, led by partner Laura Castex, included associates Elsa Mandel and Pauline Debièvre and was supported by economists Frederic Palomino and Alexandre Nouvel from Compass Lexecon.
