Amina Bensaid is a member of the Corporate and M&A team at Gide Loyrette Nouel Casablanca. Amina has been working in the Casablanca office since September 2021.
She mainly assists and advises Moroccan and international clients on due diligence, drafting of acquisition agreements, restructuring of groups of companies and, more generally, in relation to general corporate law matters. Amina also advises on commercial, labor and pharmaceutical aspects.
Before joining Gide, Amina worked at Baker McKenzie Casablanca for four years and at EY Casablanca for four years.
Amina holds a Master 2 Degree in Private Law from the University of Montpellier I.
She speaks French, English and Arabic.
