Gide has advised Icade on the legal aspects of the sale to Générale Continentale Investissement (GCI) and BlackRock Real Assets of the "Le Millénaire 4" property complex, located in the Parc du Millénaire in the 19th arrondissement of Paris, for EUR 186 million.
This asset of nearly 24,600 sq.m., fully leased to BNP Paribas for a residual term of 7 years, was built and delivered in October 2016, and has received the best technical and environmental standards (HQE, BBC and BREEAM Excellent).
The Gide team assisting Icade on this transaction comprised partner Hugues Moreau and associate Sophie Gillard.
This team had already worked with Icade on the sale of "Millénaire 1" (29,000 sq.m.) to a fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management in April 2021.
