The team from Gide Warsaw assisted Yareal Polska through all the stages of acquiring an office building located in the heart of Warsaw. The transaction involved the acquisition of 100% of the shares in a special purpose vehicle in the CA Immo group, the former owner of the building. All processes relating to property management and the leasing of space have been fully taken over by Yareal Polska.
Yareal Polska acquired the Wspólna 47/49 office building from CA Immo. It offer over 7.6 thousand sq.m. of commercial space on six floors, and has 137 parking spaces in a three-storey underground car park. This boutique office building in a prime location in the city centre is an interesting addition to the company's existing commercial portfolio.
The Gide Warsaw team assisting Yareal Polska was supervised and co-ordinated by Błażej Czwarnok, advocate and counsel in the real estate practice. The team included Wojciech Czyżewski, advocate and associate in the mergers & acquisitions and corporate law practice, and Rafał Ćwikliński, a trainee advocate, associate in the real estate practice.
